To all our fellow fans and friends,

First of all, no words can ever describe how ecstatic we are that everyone has been supporting our charity project for KKOOM (Korean Kids and Orphanage Outreach Mission) and their project to help prepare South Korean young adult orphans for their new paths in life. Every cent that we have gotten as profits from the “Love Always! Jaejoong” goodie packs will be directly donated to KKOOM along with the rest of the donations we have gathered through “Protect the Future” charity project. Your genuine help and support for this project will be rewarded with more blessings in your life. No matter how small or big your blessing will be in reaching out to our fellow brothers and sisters that KKOOM has been helping or will be helping, we hope you can appreciate what you have done. Even if you have only bought a pack worth $10, this $10 will benefit the young adult orphans and will change their lives. • All goodie packs will be shipped from SINGAPORE.
• All goodie packs will be shipped as registered mail that will include tracking.
• Tracking numbers will be emailed once we successfully mailed out the packages.
• Please take note that not all countries offer online tracking. If your country doesn’t offer such service, you may call your Post Office to check on the status of the package.
• Depending on your location, packages may take from a matter of days to 2 whole weeks.
• All goodie packs will go through customs in your perspective country. It may affect the delivery time as well if your customs holds them for days.
• If the goodie pack/s haven’t arrived in a month, don’t hesitate to contact us by leaving a comment, emailing us (lovealwaysjj@gmail.com), or mentioning us in Shades of Jae’d's Twitter  with the order number we have provided.
• If you are expecting to receive the goodie pack/s much earlier, please tell us so we can prioritize them.
• **Orders that have paid and provided their addresses will be given priority** Please check your inbox AND spam/junk box for our confirmation email asking for your address.

• We will be announcing the date/s for the meetup in Singapore once our staff member confirms it either through Shades of Jae’d's Twitter or email.

• Please check your email’s inbox AND your spam for the date/s of the meetup.
• You will be using the order number we have provided to you in order to pickup the goodie pack/s you ordered.

• Wait for an email (check spam as well) from us and receive the total amount(with shipping fee) and also the information needed for you to send in your payment

• You will be required to pay in 3 days after you confirm your order, please email us with the necessary information needed for us to receive your payment (for Western Union and Bank Transfer)
• Once we have successfully received your payment, we will email you back with your order number.

Payment:

• Take note that the cost of a “Love Always JJ” goodie bag doesn’t include shipping+handling. The $10 USD is only the cost of the production of the fangoods. We will tell you the total once we calculate the fees.
• We accept PAYPAL, Bank Transfer (Singapore and Malaysian orders only), Western Union, and Concealed Cash/Money Order (US & Canada orders only). For other payment options, please leave a comment here, send an email to lovealwaysjj@gmail.com, or ask in Shades of Jae’d's Twitter @shadesofjaed.
• Once you confirm your order, you are required to pay in 3 days. For concealed cash/money order in the US, you have to mail it in 3 days after you confirm.
• You will receive the information needed to make a payment once you confirm your order.
• If you will be paying via PAYPAL, please indicate that it is a “GIFT” to avoid additional fees.
• If you prefer using WESTERN UNION, once you have sent the payment, email us back (lovealwaysjj@gmail.com) with MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number) and the amount you sent
• Concealed cash is a little risky but if you prefer to do this (US/CANADA orders only), conceal the bills in thick paper/cardboard or inside a card well. Money order is a preferable method but not required.
